Ingredients
6 cups watermelon (900 g)
1 cup feta cheese (150 g)
2 tbsp fresh mint (8 g)
2 tbsp olive oil (30 ml)
1 tbsp lime juice (15 ml)
Salt and black pepper to taste
Instructions
1. Cube watermelon into bite-sized pieces
2. Crumble feta cheese
3. Chop fresh herbs
4. Combine all ingredients in a bowl
5. Drizzle olive oil and lime juice
6. Season lightly
7. Toss gently
8. Chill and serve

Use cold watermelon for best results
