2 pounds ripe tomatoes

1/4 cup olive oil
2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
2 garlic cloves
1/4 cup fresh basil
2 tablespoons parsley

Instructions
1. Slice tomatoes and onions
2. Whisk together olive oil, vinegar, garlic, salt, and pepper
3. Combine tomatoes, onions, and herbs
4. Pour dressing over salad
