Description
Fresh 5-minute mango salad with lime, herbs, and crisp vegetables.
Ingredients
2 cups (300g) mango diced
1 cup (150g) cucumber chopped
1/4 cup (40g) red onion sliced
2 tbsp (8g) cilantro chopped
2 tbsp (30 ml) lime juice
1 tbsp (15 ml) olive oil
1/2 tsp (3g) salt
1/4 tsp (1g) black pepper
optional chili flakes
Instructions
1. Dice mango and vegetables
2. Combine in a bowl
3. Add lime juice and olive oil
4. Season with salt and pepper
5. Toss gently
6. Serve immediately
Notes
Use ripe but firm mango
Add dressing before serving
