Juicy high protein chicken skewers made with a yogurt marinade for maximum flavor and tenderness.
Ingredients
1 lb (450 g) chicken breast
3 tbsp (45 g) Greek yogurt
2 tbsp (30 ml) olive oil
2 tbsp (30 ml) lemon juice
2 to 3 garlic cloves
1 tsp (2 g) paprika
1 tsp (1 g) oregano
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
Instructions
1. Cut chicken into cubes
2. Mix marinade ingredients
3. Coat chicken and marinate
4. Thread onto skewers
5. Cook at 425°F for 16 to 20 minutes
6. Check internal temp 165°F
7. Rest and serve

Marinate longer for more flavor
