A creamy, high-protein apple dip made in just 5 minutes using Greek yogurt and nut butter.
Ingredients

1 cup Greek yogurt (240 g)
2 tbsp nut butter (32 g)
1–2 tbsp honey or maple syrup (21–42 g)
1/2 tsp cinnamon (1 g)
1/2 tsp vanilla extract (2 ml)
2–3 apples, sliced
Instructions
1. Add yogurt and nut butter to a bowl
2. Mix until smooth
3. Add sweetener, cinnamon, and vanilla
4. Stir until creamy
5. Taste and adjust
6. Serve with sliced apples
Notes
Use thick yogurt for best texture
Adjust sweetness to taste
