Ingredients
1 lb chicken tenders (450 g)
2 tbsp olive oil (30 ml)
3 tbsp lemon juice (45 ml)
3 garlic cloves, minced
1 tsp dried oregano
1 tsp paprika
Salt and pepper to taste
½ cup Greek yogurt (120 g, optional)
Instructions
1. Mix marinade ingredients in a bowl
2. Add chicken and marinate 10 to 15 minutes
3. Heat skillet over medium high heat
4. Cook chicken 4 to 5 minutes per side
5. Ensure internal temp reaches 165°F
6. Rest briefly and serve
