Ingredients
2 medium cucumbers (500 g), sliced
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 tbsp vinegar (30 ml)
1 tbsp olive oil (15 ml)
2 tbsp fresh dill or 2 tsp dried dill
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
Instructions
1. Slice cucumbers thinly
2. Mince garlic finely
3. Mix vinegar, olive oil, salt, and pepper
4. Combine cucumbers, garlic, and dill
