1½ lb ground beef
4 croissants
8 slices American cheese

Instructions

2. Toast croissants with garlic butter
3. Portion beef
4. Heat skillet
5. Smash patties
6. Flip and melt cheese
7. Assemble burgers
8. Serve hot
