Easy Chicken Over Rice made in 30 minutes with juicy chicken, fluffy rice, and creamy sauce.
Ingredients
1 lb (450 g) chicken thighs
1 cup (185 g) rice
2 cups (480 ml) chicken broth
2 tbsp (30 ml) olive oil
3 cloves garlic
1 onion
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp cumin
1/2 tsp turmeric
Salt and pepper
1/2 cup (120 g) yogurt
1 tbsp (15 ml) lemon juice
Instructions
1. Cook rice with broth for 15 minutes
2. Season chicken with spices
3. Sear chicken until cooked through
4. Sauté onion and garlic
5. Mix sauce ingredients
6. Assemble and serve
