Ingredients
1 lb ground beef (450 g)
2 tbsp taco seasoning
8 small tortillas
1 cup refried beans (240 g)
1.5 cups shredded cheese (180 g)
2 tbsp olive oil

Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 425°F or 220°C
2. Cook beef until browned
3. Add seasoning and simmer
4. Brush tortillas with oil
5. Add beans, meat, and cheese
6. Fold and arrange on pan
7. Bake 8 to 10 minutes
8. Serve with toppings
