Description
Ultra crispy phyllo feta rolls drizzled with sweet spicy chili honey.
Ingredients
8 oz feta cheese (225 g)
4 oz cream cheese (113 g)
2 tbsp dill
1 tsp black pepper
1 tsp lemon zest
10 phyllo sheets
4 tbsp butter
1 tbsp olive oil
4 tbsp honey
1 tsp chili flakes
1/2 tsp smoked paprika
1 tsp lemon juice
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C)
2. Mix feta filling ingredients
3. Layer and butter phyllo
4. Add filling and roll tightly
5. Brush tops with butter and oil
6. Bake 16 to 20 minutes
7. Warm chili honey ingredients
8. Drizzle and serve immediately
