Description
A creamy, vibrant cilantro garlic sauce perfect for tacos, wraps, grilled chicken, fries, and bowls.
Ingredients
2 packed cups fresh cilantro (60 to 70 g)
4 to 6 garlic cloves (12 to 18 g)
1 cup mayonnaise (240 g)
1/2 cup Greek yogurt (120 g)
2 to 3 tbsp fresh lime juice (30 to 45 ml)
2 tbsp olive oil (30 ml)
1/4 cup Parmesan cheese, optional (25 g)
1 small jalapeño, optional (10 to 15 g)
1 tsp salt (5 g)
1/2 tsp black pepper (1 g)
1 to 4 tbsp water as needed (15 to 60 ml)
Instructions
1. Wash and dry cilantro thoroughly
2. Add all ingredients to blender
3. Blend until smooth and creamy
4. Adjust consistency with water
5. Taste and adjust seasoning
6. Chill 15 to 30 minutes
7. Serve chilled
Notes
Roasted garlic creates milder flavor
Fresh lime juice is strongly recommended
Store refrigerated up to 5 days
