Fluffy 2 ingredient cottage cheese bread with no flour. High protein, low carb, and incredibly easy to make.
Ingredients

1 cup cottage cheese (225g)
2 large eggs
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C)
2. Blend cottage cheese until smooth
3. Separate eggs
4. Mix yolks with cottage cheese
5. Whip egg whites to stiff peaks
6. Fold gently into mixture
7. Transfer to lined pan
8. Bake 25 to 30 minutes
9. Cool before slicing

Do not overmix
