Ingredients
1.5 lb (680 g) chicken
1/4 cup (60 ml) lemon juice
1/4 cup (60 ml) orange juice
2 tbsp (30 ml) olive oil
3 garlic cloves
1 tbsp (15 ml) honey
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
1 tsp thyme
Instructions
1. Mix marinade ingredients
2. Marinate chicken 15 to 60 minutes
3. Cook in skillet 5 to 7 minutes per side
4. Or bake at 400F 20 to 25 minutes
5. Rest 5 minutes before serving
