Description

Vanilla Yogurt Crunch Jars are creamy, crunchy, no-bake parfait-style jars made with vanilla Greek yogurt and crisp granola. They are perfect for meal prep breakfasts, lunchbox snacks, or a lighter dessert, and you can customize them with fruit, chocolate, or nut butter.

Ingredients

Scale

2 cups vanilla Greek yogurt (480 g)

1 cup crunchy granola (120 g)

1 to 2 tbsp honey or maple syrup, optional (21 to 42 g)

1 tsp vanilla extract, optional (5 ml)

1 cup fresh berries or sliced fruit, optional (150 g)

2 tbsp mini chocolate chips or cacao nibs, optional (30 g)

2 tsp chia seeds or ground flax, optional (10 g)

2 tbsp nut butter drizzle, optional (32 g)

Instructions

1. In a bowl, stir the vanilla Greek yogurt with honey or maple syrup if using. Add vanilla extract for extra aroma.

2. Spoon about 1/4 cup (120 g) yogurt into the bottom of each jar (8 oz / 240 ml jars work great).

3. Add 2 tbsp (about 15 g) granola over the yogurt to create a crunchy layer.

4. Add a small handful of fruit or a sprinkle of chocolate chips, if using.

5. Repeat the layers until the jars are full, ending with granola and toppings on top for the prettiest finish.

6. Serve right away for maximum crunch, or cover and chill up to 4 days.

Notes

For meal prep crunch, keep granola in a separate mini container and add right before eating, or make the final top layer granola only.

Dairy-free option: use thick vanilla coconut or almond yogurt.

Lower sugar option: use plain Greek yogurt + vanilla, and sweeten lightly with mashed banana or 1 tsp honey.

Nut-free option: choose nut-free granola and skip nut butter drizzle.
