Description

Creamy Southern deviled eggs with tangy mustard, sweet relish, and a silky smooth filling.


Ingredients

Scale

6 large eggs (340 g)

1/4 cup mayonnaise (60 g)

12 tsp yellow mustard (510 g)

1 tsp apple cider vinegar (5 ml)

12 tsp sweet pickle relish (510 g)

Salt and pepper to taste

Paprika for garnish


Instructions

1. Boil eggs for 10–12 minutes

2. Cool in ice bath and peel

3. Slice eggs and remove yolks

4. Mash yolks until smooth

5. Mix with mayo, mustard, vinegar, relish, seasoning

6. Fill egg whites

7. Garnish and chill before serving

Notes

Use older eggs for easier peeling

Chill before serving for best flavor
