Description
Creamy frozen yogurt between soft graham crackers creates the easiest three ingredient no bake snack or dessert.
Ingredients
8 full graham cracker sheets (120 g)
1 1/4 cups vanilla Greek yogurt (300 g)
1 to 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup (15 to 30 g), optional
Instructions
1. Line an 8 by 8 inch pan with parchment.
2. Place half the graham crackers on the bottom.
3. In a small bowl stir the yogurt with honey or maple syrup if using.
4. Spread yogurt evenly over the crackers.
5. Add remaining graham crackers on top.
6. Freeze 2 to 3 hours or until solid.
7. Lift out and slice into 16 to 20 squares.
Notes
Use full fat yogurt for the creamiest texture.
Add mix ins such as mini chocolate chips or jam swirls if desired.
Store bites in an airtight container in the freezer for up to 2 months.
