Description

Creamy No Bake Chocolate Peanut Butter Bars with a soft peanut butter base and a smooth chocolate topping.


Ingredients

Scale

1 cup creamy peanut butter (240 g)

1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted (113 g)

1 1/2 cups powdered sugar (180 g)

1 cup graham cracker crumbs (100 g)

1 1/2 cups chocolate chips (255 g)

2 tbsp butter or coconut oil (28 g)


Instructions

1. Line an 8×8 inch (20×20 cm) pan with parchment paper.

2. Mix peanut butter and melted butter until smooth.

3. Add powdered sugar and graham cracker crumbs and mix well.

4. Press mixture evenly into the pan.

5. Melt chocolate chips with butter or coconut oil.

6. Spread melted chocolate over the peanut butter layer.

7. Refrigerate 1 to 2 hours until firm.

8. Slice into 16 bars and serve.

Notes

Use dark chocolate chips for a richer flavor.

Warm the knife before slicing for clean edges.

Store in the refrigerator up to 7 days.
