Description
Creamy no-bake cheesecake bites with a buttery crust and fresh berry topping.
Ingredients
120g graham cracker crumbs (1 cup)
56g melted butter (4 tbsp)
25g sugar (2 tbsp)
226g cream cheese (8 oz)
60g powdered sugar (1/2 cup)
1 tsp vanilla extract
240ml heavy cream (1 cup)
75g fresh berries (1/2 cup)
80g berry sauce (1/3 cup)
Instructions
1. Mix crust ingredients and press into molds
2. Chill crust for 20 minutes
3. Beat cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla
4. Whip cream to soft peaks
5. Fold cream into filling
6. Fill molds and smooth tops
7. Chill 2–3 hours
8. Top with berries and sauce
Notes
Use full-fat cream cheese for best texture
Chill overnight for clean slices
