Rich no-bake high protein peanut butter chocolate bites perfect for healthy snacking.
Ingredients
½ cup (128g) peanut butter
1 scoop (30g) protein powder
½ cup (50g) oats or almond flour
2–3 tbsp (40–60g) honey or maple syrup
½ cup (85g) chocolate chips
1 tbsp (14g) coconut oil
Pinch of salt
Instructions
1. Mix all base ingredients until combined
2. Adjust texture if needed
3. Roll into bite-sized balls
4. Chill for 10–15 minutes
5. Melt chocolate with coconut oil
6. Dip or drizzle chocolate
7. Chill until set
8. Serve and enjoy
