Description
Creamy garlic parmesan chicken made in just 30 minutes with tender chicken breasts and a rich, velvety sauce.
Ingredients
4 chicken breasts (1.5 lbs / 680 g)
1 tsp salt (5 g)
1/2 tsp black pepper (2 g)
1 tbsp olive oil (15 ml)
3 tbsp butter (42 g)
5 cloves garlic, minced
1 cup chicken broth (240 ml)
1 cup heavy cream (240 ml)
1 cup parmesan cheese, grated (100 g)
1 tsp Italian seasoning (3 g)
Fresh parsley (optional)
Instructions
1. Season chicken with salt and pepper
2. Sear chicken in oil and butter until golden, remove
3. Cook garlic in butter until fragrant
4. Add broth and cream, simmer
5. Stir in parmesan until smooth
6. Return chicken to pan
7. Simmer until cooked through
8. Garnish and serve
Notes
Use freshly grated parmesan
Do not boil the cream
Adjust seasoning before serving
Add spinach for extra flavor
