Description

Easy Strawberry Yogurt Cups (Sweet & Healthy) are creamy, no-bake yogurt parfait-style cups layered with fresh strawberries and lightly sweetened Greek yogurt. Perfect for breakfast, snack, or a light dessert, and ideal for meal prep.

Ingredients

Scale

1 1/2 cups plain Greek yogurt (360 g)

1 1/2 cups fresh strawberries, hulled and chopped (225 g)

2 to 3 Tbsp honey or maple syrup (30 to 45 ml), to taste

1/2 tsp vanilla extract (2.5 ml)

Pinch of fine salt (optional)

Optional toppings: granola, chia seeds, shredded coconut, chopped nuts

Instructions

1. Wash, hull, and chop the strawberries. Lightly mash a few pieces for a juicier layer if desired.

2. In a bowl, stir Greek yogurt, honey or maple syrup, vanilla, and optional salt until smooth and creamy.

3. Spoon a layer of yogurt into 4 small jars or cups, then add a layer of strawberries. Repeat layers until filled.

4. Cover and chill for at least 30 minutes for best texture and flavor.

5. Add toppings right before serving so they stay crunchy, then enjoy cold.

Notes

For a lower sugar version, use extra-ripe strawberries and reduce or skip the sweetener.

For dairy-free, swap in coconut or almond yogurt and use maple syrup.

Meal prep tip: store covered up to 3 days in the fridge and keep toppings separate until serving.

Frozen strawberries work in a pinch. Thaw and drain excess liquid before layering.
