Ingredients
Scale
10 oz (280 g) spinach
8 oz (225 g) cream cheese
1 cup (240 g) sour cream
1/2 cup (120 g) mayonnaise
2 cloves garlic
1 cup (100 g) mozzarella
1/2 cup (50 g) parmesan
1 round bread loaf
Salt and pepper
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C)
2. Prepare spinach and remove moisture
3. Mix all ingredients
4. Hollow out bread
5. Fill with dip
6. Bake 25-30 minutes
7. Serve warm
