Description
Crispy Parmesan crusted chicken served over creamy Alfredo pasta. A perfect easy dinner recipe.
Ingredients
2 chicken breasts (about 450 g)
1 cup Parmesan cheese (100 g)
1 cup breadcrumbs (100 g)
2 eggs
1/2 cup flour (60 g)
1½ cups heavy cream (360 ml)
4 tbsp butter (56 g)
3 cloves garlic
8 oz fettuccine (225 g)
Salt and pepper
Instructions
1. Pound chicken to even thickness
2. Dredge in flour, egg, and Parmesan mixture
3. Pan fry until golden and cooked through
4. Cook pasta until al dente
5. Make Alfredo sauce with butter, garlic, cream, and Parmesan
6. Toss pasta in sauce
7. Slice chicken and serve over pasta
Notes
Use fresh Parmesan for best results
Do not overheat sauce
Let chicken rest before slicing
