Description
Crispy golden mozzarella bites with a gooey cheese center, perfect for snacks or appetizers.
Ingredients
2 cups mozzarella cubes (250 g)
1/2 cup flour (60 g)
2 eggs
1 cup breadcrumbs (120 g)
1/4 cup Parmesan (25 g)
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp Italian seasoning
Salt and pepper
Oil for frying
Instructions
1. Freeze mozzarella for 30 minutes
2. Prepare dredging station
3. Coat cheese in flour egg and breadcrumbs twice
4. Freeze again for 20 minutes
5. Heat oil to 350F
6. Fry 1 to 2 minutes until golden
7. Drain and serve hot
Notes
Freeze twice for best results
Double coating prevents leaks
