Description
Creamy Garlic Chicken & Potatoes is a rich one-pan dinner with tender chicken, golden potatoes, and a velvety garlic Parmesan sauce.
Ingredients
1.5 lbs chicken (680 g)
1 lb baby potatoes (450 g)
6 garlic cloves (18 g)
1 cup heavy cream (240 ml)
1 cup chicken broth (240 ml)
2 tbsp butter (28 g)
1 tbsp olive oil (15 ml)
1/2 cup Parmesan cheese (50 g)
1 small onion (100 g)
1 tsp Italian seasoning (2 g)
Salt and pepper to taste
2 tbsp parsley (8 g)
Instructions
1. Season chicken and sear until golden.
2. Brown potatoes in the same pan.
3. Sauté onion and garlic in butter.
4. Add broth and cream, then stir in cheese and seasoning.
5. Return chicken and potatoes to pan.
6. Simmer or bake until fully cooked.
7. Garnish with parsley and serve.
Notes
Use freshly grated Parmesan for best texture.
Do not boil the sauce to prevent curdling.
Let rest before serving for thicker sauce.
