Description

Creamy, naturally sweet 3 Ingredient Strawberry Yogurt Popsicles made with real strawberries, Greek yogurt, and honey or maple syrup. Blend in minutes, freeze, and enjoy a bright, kid-friendly healthy treat.

Ingredients

Scale

2 cups (300 g) fresh strawberries, hulled

1 1/2 cups (360 g) Greek yogurt (plain or vanilla)

23 tbsp (30–45 ml) honey or maple syrup, to taste

Instructions

1. Hull and rinse the strawberries, then pat dry.

2. Add strawberries, yogurt, and 2 tbsp sweetener to a blender.

3. Blend until completely smooth, about 30–45 seconds.

4. Taste and add up to 1 more tbsp sweetener if needed, then blend briefly.

5. Pour into popsicle molds and tap gently to release air bubbles.

6. Insert sticks and freeze until solid, 4–6 hours.

7. Run molds under warm water for 10–15 seconds, then unmold and serve.

Notes

For the creamiest texture, use full-fat Greek yogurt and very ripe strawberries.

If using frozen strawberries, thaw and drain well to prevent icy pops.

No molds? Use small paper cups and wooden sticks.

Store popsicles wrapped in parchment or in a freezer container for up to 2 months.
